Job summary

We are seeking a client-facing role that combines technical understanding with business storytelling: listen to real operational pain, translate it into actionable problems for our engineers, and help shape practical, scalable solutions

Qualifications

Field exposure to building/HVAC/energy systems.
Able to speak credibly with a client's engineer and to formulate a problem correctly.
Communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Listen-first approach to understanding problems before offering solutions.
Comfortable using AI as a daily tool.

Responsibilities

Join and help lead conversations with building owners, building managers, and their engineering teams.
Map complaints onto Ferbos offerings (energy efficiency, asset reliability, indoor environment quality, Greenship/ESG readiness).
Ask sharper follow-up questions to pin down the real problem.
Bring engineering answers back to decision-makers in business terms: cost, risk, downtime, asset value, certification readiness.
Document recurring client scenarios and help shape a scalable escalation process with engineering.
