PT Asco Prima Mobilindo in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a finance professional to lead budgeting and cost-control efforts across the automotive group. You will develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare variance analyses to explain deviations.

The role requires strong accounting and analytics, advanced Excel skills, and clear communication with department heads and branch managers. A proactive, detail-oriented leader who can guide a team is essential.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, with ability to lead and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with Department Heads and Branch Managers.
• Detail-oriented, honest, efficient, and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and prepare budgets and budgeting plans.
• Regularly monitor actual expenditures against the approved budget.
• Prepare variance reports to analyze and identify the causes of budget deviations.
• Prepare presentation materials and periodic reports, including Quarterly Budget Reviews, for branches and management.
• Monitor and classify expenditure requests submitted by branches.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and optimize budget utilization.
