Job summary

ASCO Automotive, through ASCO Academy, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to implement and maintain training programs across the network. The role focuses on identifying competency gaps, delivering effective trainings, and building a trainer pipeline to scale programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/education and at least three years of L&D experience with hands-on LMS usage and digital learning tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology, education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Proven track record facilitating training programs independently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs and budgets.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain learning and development programs aligned with curriculum and quality standards.
• Define competency gaps through assessment and develop targeted development plans.
• Deliver training programs as an internal facilitator/trainer.
• Build and develop a pipeline of internal trainers to support scalability.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and learner satisfaction and report findings.
• Pilot and support adoption of digital/online learning solutions.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development with hands-on experience designing and facilitating training programs.

Proven track record independently facilitating training programs

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously, including preparing budget proposals and tracking program execution and costs

Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and maintain learning and development programs in line with ASCO Academy's curriculum and quality standards

Define competency gaps through structured assessment and construct targeted development plans

Deliver training programs directly as an internal facilitator/trainer

Build and develop a pipeline of internal trainers (train-the-trainer) to support program scalability across network

Evaluate program effectiveness and learner satisfaction, and report findings to the Assistant Manager PD to drive continuous improvement

Pilot and support the adoption of digital and online learning solutions to enhance program delivery
