Job summary

PT APM Automotive Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Cost Accounting Manager to oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting in our automotive components manufacturing division. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and deep PSAK familiarity to ensure accurate costing and strategic decision support.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, and budget monitoring.
• Strong understanding of taxation regulations and PSAK.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compare the initial budget with actual costs incurred in the field and analyze cost variances.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance of Standard Cost in the company’s accounting system to ensure accurate and up-to-date costing data.
• Provide accurate cost data and analysis to Management as a basis for determining competitive selling prices.
• Prepare Business Plans for new projects, including cost estimation, investment requirements, revenue projections, and project feasibility analysis.
