Job summary

PT Asco Prima Mobilindo is seeking a seasoned Head of Workshop to lead daily EV and automotive workshop operations in Indonesia. You will manage technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff to meet service targets while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and company SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in automotive after-sales/workshop operations, plus 2–3 years in a leadership role such as Workshop Head or Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive after-sales/workshop operations.
• At least 2–3 years in a Head of Workshop / Workshop Manager / Service Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong experience with Electric Vehicles (EV) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Chinese automotive brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of EV technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily workshop operations for Electric Vehicles (EV) and automotive products.
• Ensure all repair, maintenance, inspection, and diagnostic activities are performed according to manufacturer standards and company SOPs.
• Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff to achieve operational and customer service targets.
• Oversee EV diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, including high-voltage (HV) systems, battery systems, electric motors, charging systems, and related components.
• Ensure proper use of EV-specific diagnostic tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, After-Sales, Parts, Warranty, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational issues with head office and brand principal (ATPM).
