Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd, a well-known ice cream brand expanding in Southeast Asia, seeks a Brand Marketing professional in the Jakarta area. You will help manage identity and brand promise across products and communications, support strategy and plans, and conduct market and consumer research to drive brand development.

You'll prepare performance reports, translate insights into actions, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; confident in representing the brand professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the brand's identity, image, positioning, values, personality, and brand promise, ensuring consistent implementation across products, communication materials, and consumer touchpoints.
• Support the Brand & Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies, marketing plans, product communication, packaging, and other brand-building initiatives
• Conduct market, consumer, category, and competitor research to identify consumer insights, market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for brand development
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports, marketing performance, survey results, consumer insights, and activity evaluations, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Manage the Business Partner Program, including recruitment, onboarding, database management, activation, follow-up, order monitoring, repeat orders, and partner performance
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Brand Promotion, Creative, Customer Relations, Sales, R&D, and other related functions to ensure brand strategies and initiatives are implemented consistently
• Provide recommendations to the Brand & Marketing Manager based on brand performance, consumer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and program results
