The Harvest Group is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and execute ambitious brand strategies in a fast-paced market. You will lead end-to-end brand initiatives, from strategy to launch and post-launch analysis, working closely with Commercial, Sales/Operations, R&D, Creative, and Digital teams.

Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and target consumers.
Drive brand growth and performance by identifying market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics.
Lead new product development and product innovation, from consumer insight and concept development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across relevant online and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and engagement.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales trends, market insights, and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize business impact and ROI.
Maintain consistent brand positioning, identity, messaging, and customer experience across all consumer touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales/Operations, R&D, Creative, Digital, and other key stakeholders to ensure strong execution of brand initiatives.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and growth opportunities.
Manage external partners and agencies when required, ensuring quality, timeline, and deliverables meet business expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or related marketing roles, with experience managing a brand or product portfolio.
Experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, consumer goods, or other fast-paced consumer industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, product innovation, integrated marketing, and go-to-market execution.
Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and business insights into actionable brand initiatives.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret sales and marketing performance data and turn insights into business actions.
Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Creative and curious, while remaining data-driven and commercially oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong ownership and execution discipline.
