As Brand & Commercial Lead, you will develop and execute the brand and commercial strategy, own P&L, drive launches,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beauty, Personal Care or Healthcare.
• Strong experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial Strategy.
• Experience managing P&L, sales targets and commercial budgets.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade and E-commerce channels.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and financial skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and commercial strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Own brand P&L, sales targets, budget, and overall performance.
• Lead product launches, pricing, portfolio management, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop trade marketing programs across Modern Trade, General Trade, Pharmacy, Specialty Retail, and E-commerce.
• Manage commercial negotiations with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor sales, margin, profitability, inventory, and trade investment performance.
• Work with Sales and Supply Chain on demand planning, inventory, and product availability.
• Manage relationships with brand principals and key business partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
