Job summary

Bobobox is seeking an Branch Operations Administrator based in Bandung, Indonesia, reporting to the Secretary of Branch Operations. You will manage inventory, purchasing and administrative processes that keep all Bobobox branches supplied and running.

Build branch operations systems tied to the core business. You will fit in if you have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Finance or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in administration or inventory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and curiosity.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, purchasing and administrative processes across branches.
• Submit and track purchase requisitions; consolidate branch requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; run stock takes and inventory reports.
• Process payroll-related documents and vendor payments; monitor CoA alignment.
• Deliver administration training and provide support across roles.
