Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to coordinate and oversee operations across multiple branches in the region. You will lead market initiatives, events, promotions, and student enrollment efforts, ensuring consistent service quality and growth.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in Sales & Marketing or Business Operations, experience in education or startups, and strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education, early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, or startup environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area to ensure smooth branch operations and execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives including events, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities to optimize revenue and performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality and loyalty.

Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.

Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.

Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.

Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.

Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.

Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
