Job summary

KantorKu in Jakarta is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to oversee one or more branches in the area, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution of academic processes.

You will lead branch initiatives, drive student engagement and enrollment, and manage branch PnL while ensuring excellent customer experience and long-term loyalty across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education/startups is a plus.
• Strong people management and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the Jakarta area.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and implementing revenue-optimizing strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure service quality and loyalty.

• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
