Ruangguru is seeking a Regional Branch Operations Lead to coordinate and manage branches across the region, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the company''s academic process.

You will drive branch activities, promotions, and events to boost student engagement and enrollment, apply PnL insights, and oversee the end-to-end customer journey to build loyalty. Bachelor’s degree is required; leadership in Sales/Marketing or Business Operations and people management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (educational/start-up exposure helpful).
• Strong people management and team handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area to ensure smooth operations and alignment with academic processes.
• Lead all activity initiatives at branches, including events and promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Apply Profit and Loss (PnL) insights to evaluate local market conditions and optimize revenue.
• Oversee the entire customer journey end-to-end to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Profit and Loss (PnL) management, including evaluating local market conditions and identifying current and potential sales opportunities to optimize revenue
• Oversee the entire customer experience, managing the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous)
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team
