Job summary

Akulaku Group is seeking an Area/District Sales Manager in Indonesia to lead and supervise the sales agent team across regions. You will recruit and onboard SA, MDO, and Trainers, coordinate locations, implement policies, and inspect systems to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar leadership position, preference for regional management experience, and strong English plus MS Office skills. Bachelor’s degree and up to 40 years old are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Area/District Sales Manager in fintech/BNPL/related industries.
• Regional manager experience in Indonesia preferred.
• Knowledgeable in management with outsourcing resources and rapid business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage SA team.
• Recruit Sales Agent, MDO, and Trainer recruitment.
• Coordinate locations, policy implementation, inspections and system deployment across regions.
• Investigate and summarize daily orders from partner stores and report abnormalities.
• Train and supervise SAs and stores in each cooperative store.
• Develop strategies to achieve high GMV and increase store sales.
