Job summary

PT Marga Nusantara Jaya is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to drive sales, distribution, and warehouse activities across Indonesia. You will oversee admin functions, manage costs, and push profitability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in pharma or FMCG distribution, with a proven ability to grow revenue, optimize operations, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG distribution.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, inventory, and financial management.
• Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements in the industry.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
