Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across Solo, Purwokerto, and Papua areas. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor operational, financial, administrative, HR, and logistics activities at the branch to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of managerial experience in the same role, a relevant degree, proficiency in MS Office and English, and willingness to be stationed across Indonesia, including multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience as Branch Manager.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering, Administration, Communication or Pharmacy.
• Proficient in English; MS Office skills; willing to be placed at multiple locations across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor, evaluate and analyze all branch operations, finance, admin, HR and logistics.
• Lead and develop staff, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive branch performance, customer relations, market development and inventory management.
• Coordinate across Solo, Purwokerto and Papua branches as needed.

Our client is manufacture for medical. This position is open for Solo Area, Purwokerto Area and Papua Area.

Overview:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing all operational, financial, administrative, human resources (HR), and logistics management activities at the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures, to support the achievement of the company's strategic plans.

• A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience (in the same position as Branch Manager), ideally within the [PBF industry]. >> PBF adalah singkatan dari Pedagang Besar Farmasi
• At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering, Administration, Communication or Pharmacy
• Proficient and familiar with using computer programs, at least Ms. Office
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license ( SIM A )
• Good communication and cooperation
• Good Presentation Skill, analytical thinking, market penetration and development, customer relationship, financial management, inventory management and teamwork
• Willing to be place all over Branches are mandatory (SOLO, PURWOKERTO, PAPUA)
• Strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to diverse local cultures.
• Willingness to be stationed at multiple locations across Indonesia based on their operational needs.
