Talent Insider, an upcoming HR consultancy in Indonesia, is seeking a Marketing Supervisor/Branch Head to drive growth in Jakarta. You will build relationships with merchants, oversee branch operations including marketing, credit assessment, and data processing, and lead a team to meet targets.

This role demands at least 3 years in finance or banking, knowledge of credit processing and collections, and strong English communication with proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in marketing supervision, credit management, or branch head in finance/banking.
• Knowledge of Credit Processing, Collection, Marketing, and Data Processing.
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain wide relationships with merchants and develop new markets.
• Oversee branch operations, including Marketing, Credit Assessment, Collection and Data Processing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the branch.
• Develop new merchants and potential markets.
• Lead the Branch Team to perform optimally.
• Plan and account for costs.

Job Description

• Wide relationship with potential merchants and able to develop new market.
• Responsible in handling all operational activities in Branch (include Marketing, Credit Assessment, Collection, and Data Processing).
• Responsible in achieving sales target.
• Responsible in developing new merchants and potential markets.
• Leading Branch Team to perform optimally.
• Perform planning and accountability costs.

Requirement

• At least 3 years of working experience as Marketing Supervisor / Credit Management / Supervisor/ Branch Head / any equivalent position in multi-finance / banking industry
• Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Collection, Marketing, and Data Processing.
• Good communication in English and Ms. Office (Word and Excel).
