Job summary

Talent Insider, a growing HR consultancy in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced banking professional to support corporate banking services, with a focus on Japanese clients. The role covers credit analysis, relationship management, and profitability monitoring.

Strong English skills and MS Office proficiency are required to succeed in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have at least four years in banking, experience with Japanese clients, and a solid grasp of risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in banking.
• Experience handling Japanese clients or Japanese companies is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Good sense of risk awareness, compliance and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head to manage banks service extended to corporate banking, especially for Japanese customers.
• Maintain and build good relationships with Japanese customers.
• Prepare credit analyses for new and renewal facilities.
• Monitor customers' credit facilities and department profitability and related reports/documents.

• Assisting Department Head To Manage Banks Service Extended To Corporate Banking Segment (especially Japanese Related Customers)
• Maintaining And Build Up The Good Relationship With Japanese Customers
• Preparing Credit Analysis (new And Renewal)
• Monitoring Customers Credit Facilities And Departments Profitability As Well As Its Related Reports And Documentations.

Requirement

• Experience in banking for min 4 years
• Has experience in handling Japanese client or Japanese company, would be advantages
• Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good Negotiation and Financial Analysis skill.
• Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
