Job summary

PT Simbadda Group Indonesia is seeking a managerial leader to oversee warehouse and logistics operations focused on e-commerce fulfillment for marketplace orders. You will manage daily inbound/outbound activities, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements across warehousing and fulfillment functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial role in Warehouse, Logistics, or E-Commerce Fulfillment.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Jubelio, Sirclo, or similar).
• Understanding of e-commerce SLAs, carrier/3PL integration, and handling of high-value products.
• Excel/Google Sheets for stockopname analysis and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound operations, stock layout, picking/packing workflows, and courier dispatch.
• Ensure high SLA compliance for marketplace orders, fast dispatch, and zero order errors.
• Lead stock counts (cycle counts & stock opname), minimize shrinkage, and maintain safety standards for high-value/fragile electronics.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, optimize spatial efficiency, and leverage WMS/ERP tools to streamline fulfillment processes.

• Lead stock counts (cycle counts & stock opname), minimize shrinkage/losses, and maintain safety standards for high-value/fragile electronic goods
• Manage and train warehouse staff, optimize spatial efficiency, and leverage WMS/ERP tools to streamline fulfillment processes

About you

• 3+ years in a managerial role in Warehouse, Logistics, or E-Commerce Fulfillment
• Proficient in ERP & WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Jubelio, Sirclo, or similar systems) for inventory tracking, order processing, and stock alignment
• Deep understanding of e-commerce SLAs, carrier/3PL integration, and safe handling of sensitive/high-value products
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for stock opname analysis, fulfillment speed metrics, and shrinkage tracking
• Strong team management, operational troubleshooting, and process-improvement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields
• Tech/electronics industry background is a plus
