Job summary

PT CRAVERCORP INDONESIA RETAIL is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to manage e-commerce orders from multiple channels and register them into ERP/WMS. You will monitor orders, payments, and deliveries, coordinating with internal teams and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role includes inventory verification, handling inquiries, and performing monthly closes with sales and shipping data. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
• Business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to input, organize, and manage data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with OMS, ERP, WMS, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect orders from e-commerce channels and register them accurately in ERP/WMS.
• Monitor order, payment, and delivery statuses; coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Issue outbound instructions to warehouses and manage delivery through to completion.
• Verify inventory across channels and partners; manage stock levels and allocation.
• Respond to inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and claims with factual information.
• Perform monthly closing tasks consolidating sales, shipments and costs.

Job description

Collect orders generated from e-commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.) and accurately register them in internal systems (ERP/WMS) to manage the full order processing workflow

Monitor order, payment, and delivery statuses on an ongoing basis, identify issues such as errors, delays, or discrepancies, and take immediate action in coordination with relevant teams or partners

Issue outbound instructions to domestic and international warehouses and manage the entire delivery process through to final completion

Verify and manage inventory across channels and business partners, including stock levels, allocation, and availability

Respond to customer and business partner inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns/exchanges, and claims in an accurate and timely manner based on factual information

Perform monthly closing tasks by consolidating and organizing sales, shipment, and cost data, and generating and maintaining settlement data

Communicate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance) and external partners as required to execute operational tasks

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop) or related operational roles

Proficiency in English for business communication.(both written and verbal)

Ability to input, organize, and manage data using Excel and/or Google Sheets

Hands-on experience with OMS, ERP, WMS, or similar operational systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the beauty industry

Proficiency in Korean for business communication.
