Job summary

Mathis Retreat Ubud, part of Dijiwa Sanctuaries, is seeking a Front Office professional to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their luxury stay. You will oversee the full guest journey from reservation to checkout, handle check-in/check-out with personalization, and coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include managing reservations across platforms, maintaining guest records, processing payments, and offering local insights to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Valid Indonesian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee check-in and check-out with personalized service.
• Manage reservations across platforms and maintain guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to anticipate needs.
• Provide local area recommendations and arrange transportation when needed.
