Job summary

Responsibilities include nurturing relationships, delivering BIM software demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The ideal candidate is Mandarin-speaking, highly motivated, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin for business purposes.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience or fresh graduate with QS/Civil Engineering background.
• Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated.
• Pro-active and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Practice integrity and high dedication.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skill.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers in target market via telephone, e-mail and outdoor visits.
• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Make appointments and demonstrate BIM software presentations for customers.
• Generate weekly sales report for management.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support for BIM software implementation.
• Undertake tasks assigned from time to time.
