Smec Company mencari BIM Engineer - Civil & Architect untuk mengembangkan model BIM yang komprehensif untuk proyek arsitektur, sipil, dan struktur di lokasi Jakartacenter. Anda akan bekerja pada pemodelan 3D dengan Revit, melakukan koordinasi multidisiplin, dan menghasilkan gambar kerja 2D dari model BIM.

Qualifications

• Menguasai pemodelan BIM dengan perangkat lunak BIM seperti Revit.
• Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi lintas disiplin dan deteksi tabrakan (clash).
• Maham memahami pembuatan gambar kerja 2D dari model BIM.

Responsibilities

• Model Development: membuat dan memelihara model 3D cerdas untuk arsitektur, sipil, dan struktur menggunakan Revit atau BIM software.
• Koordinasi & Deteksi clash: identifikasi konflik lintas disiplin di Navisworks/BIM 360/ACC.
• Dokumentasi: menghasilkan gambar kerja 2D akurat dari model BIM.
• Patuhi BEP, LOD, dan kode teknik terkait.

BIM Engineer - Civil & Architect

Perusahaan : Smec Company Jenis Pekerjaan : Full-Time Jakarta, Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - BIM Engineer - Civil & Architect

Model Development: Create and maintain intelligent, data-rich 3D models of Architectural, Civil & Structure systems using Autodesk Revit or any BIM software.

Coordination & Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash detection in Navisworks or BIM 360/ACC to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before construction, reducing field rework.

Documentation: Generate precise 2D shop drawings and installation layouts derived directly from the BIM model.

Standards Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and relevant engineering codes.

Collaboration: Participate in regular coordination meetings with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers and contractors to align design goals and resolve technical conflicts.

Data Management: Manage model data, including parametric families, schedules, and quantity take-offs for accurate cost estimation and procurement.

Coordination with Lead BIM Engineer in day-to-day operation and report to respective Regional Lead.

This position can also be based at project site (if required)

Secondary role will be as project engineer (if required).
