Responsabilités

• Model Development: Create and maintain intelligent 3D MEP models using BIM software.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash checks to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Documentation: Generate precise 2D drawings and installation layouts from BIM model.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure models adhere to BEP, LOD requirements, and codes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors.
• Data Management: Manage model data, schedules, and take-offs for cost estimates.
• Reporting: Coordinate with Lead BIM Engineer and report to Regional Lead.
