Job summary

PT Ecolab International Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing processes and collaborate with the Finance (AR) team on DSO improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on reducing billing lead times, ensuring accurate CBC (credit, billing and collections), and leveraging SAP and advanced Excel skills to drive process efficiencies and compliance with Indonesian billing practices.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Management preferred.
• Experience with CBC (credit, billing and collections) in a multinational.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service Billing and Invoicing.
• Knowledge of Indonesia billing requirements and practices.
• Knowledge of SAP financial processes; strong Excel; Power BI/MS Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for timely and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance (AR) team as part of DSO improvement.
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all billing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process efficiencies.
• Leverage SAP and analytics tools to drive automation and better compliance.
