Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing for agency clients. You will prepare, reconcile and issue invoices in line with client requirements and internal policies.

You will coordinate billing timelines, maintain unbilled reports and support tax and audit activities, requiring strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of business experience in accounting/financial analysis.
• Experience in a shared service or BPM outsourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue all billings, including estimated, reconciliation and final billings, per client requirements and agency instructions.
• Coordinate billing timelines and required supporting documents to ensure timely and accurate billing submission.
• Prepare and distribute billing packages with backup documentation according to client requirements and agency instructions.
• Provide accurate invoices and supporting documents to clients to support prompt processing and payment.
• Prepare intercompany billing and recharge transactions where applicable.
• Ensure data verification, reconciliation, transaction processing, business control rules and process flow activities are completed accurately and in sequence.
• Manage and prioritize billing workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Prepare, update and maintain unbilled reports, including monthly billing volume and value reports.
• Support Tax team and GL Tax team by providing billing information and documentation for audits.
• Maintain filing and documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
