Job summary

PT Cemerlang Tunggal Intikarsa (CTI Group Jakarta) seeks a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice processing and consolidation of customer usage data in Jakarta.

You will prepare and submit billing data to ERP systems to support sales orders, invoicing, reporting, and archiving, and assist with basic accounting tasks while using Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Senior High School, Engineering High School, Diploma 3.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice processing and consolidation of customer usage data
• Prepare and submit billing data to ERP systems to support sales order and invoicing processes
• Handle billing reporting, documentation, archiving, and generate periodic customer reports
• Support basic accounting tasks (including funding reconciliation) and utilize Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX)
