Job summary

Amantara, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, invites applications for an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing for tenants and customers, maintain billing integrity, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies. The role emphasizes timely submissions, accurate reconciliations, and strong communication within a retail/property environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, at least one year in AR/billing, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR/billing.
• Experience in mall, retail, or commercial property preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with AR reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to tenants/customers.
• Monitor billing status and ensure invoices are submitted on time.
• Reconcile invoices with supporting documents and transaction data.
• Follow up on billing discrepancies and coordinate with related teams.
