Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Billing Administrator to support invoicing and collections from our Jakarta operations. You will develop billing plans based on DSO and targets, process invoices, and monitor payment status to ensure timely cash flow.

Min Diploma with strong Excel skills and experience in billing is preferred. The role is based in West Jakarta and involves on-site work, with incentives and development opportunities offered by Rentokil Initial.

Qualifications

• Good in Excel and able to manage financial data.
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes is preferred.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Make a billing plan based on the DSO and set collection targets.
• Responsible for completing invoice billing according to the target set.
• Monitor invoices to ensure timely payment and identify any missing billing data.
• Ensure orderly administration of billing processes and customer payments.
