Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the billing and collection processes to ensure timely payments from tenants, customers, and partners.
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices, billing statements, and payment reminders per contracts and policies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records, including customer balances and payment status.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies between billing records and payments received.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Tenant Relations, Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve disputes and collect issues.
• Prepare aging reports for accounts receivable and monitor overdue accounts to minimize risks.
• Identify potential bad debts and recommend collection actions to management.
• Ensure compliance with payment terms, lease agreements, and regulations.
