Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Japanese Support & Interpreter Staff for a Central Jakarta role with our Japanese Education client. You will bridge Japanese and Indonesian teams, interpreting in meetings and translating documents, while coordinating travel, schedules, and administrative tasks.

The role requires Japanese (N3) and strong English, min. high school, and at least 1 year as a Japanese speaker. Work location is Central Jakarta with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Min. High School degree.
• High conversational Japanese (N3) & High conversational English proficiency.
• 1 year of experience as a Japanese Speaker in any industry, willing to work as Japanese Support & Administration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Indonesian staff in Japan and facilitate communication between Japanese and Indonesian teams.
• Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, training, and daily activities.
• Translate documents, emails, and materials between Japanese and Indonesian.
