Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is actively recruiting for a Japanese Interpreter & Sales Support role in Jakarta, open to fresh graduates. The position focuses on interpreting between Japanese and Indonesian in sales meetings and client visits, and supporting the sales team in daily communications.

You will assist with simple sales administration, accompany staff on client visits, and help bridge communication between Japanese management, clients, and local staff.

Qualifications

• Business level Japanese (N2; N1 preferred).
• Fresh graduates only.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Interest in warehouse/logistics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese-Indonesian interpretation during sales meetings and client visits.
• Support Japanese-speaking clients and the sales team in daily communication.
• Assist with simple sales administration and documentation.
• Accompany sales staff visiting clients and provide interpretation support.
• Support communication between Japanese management, clients, and local staff.
• Learn warehouse, logistics and basic real estate terminology.
• Gradually learn sales operations and take on more sales-related responsibilities in the future.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
