Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a proactive Japanese Interpreter for a Japanese manufacturing client in Cilegon. The role involves interpreting between Japanese and Indonesian in internal and external meetings to ensure clear communication.

You will prepare Minutes of Meeting, translate business documents, and support cross-cultural collaboration with Indonesian employees, partners, and executives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any major.
• Business level Japanese (N2) and conversational English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter.
• Detail oriented with good interpersonal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian and Indonesian–Japanese interpretation during meetings.
• Support Japanese members in communication with Indonesian employees, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), reports, and related documents.
• Translate business documents from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Ensure accurate interpretation and translation while preserving meaning and context.
• Other tasks as assigned.
