Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
• At least 2 years' experience as Japanese Interpreter in manufacturing.
• Experience interpreting technical or production-related discussions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Japanese–Indonesian in meetings, factory visits, training, and daily ops.
• Translate manufacturing, production, quality, technical, and company documents.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese workers and local staff.
• Assist management during business trips, audits, and events.
• Coordinate with production, QA, engineering, purchasing, and other departments.
• Interpret technical discussions verbally and in writing.
• Prepare translation documents, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Perform admin tasks related to interpretation and translation.
• Other tasks as assigned; work independently or with cross-functional teams.
