Job summary

PT Embun Selaras Indonesia is seeking a Japanese Interpreter for our Cikarang Plant to support Genba/field activities, provide on-site interpretation, and help bridge communication between Japanese and Indonesian teams in daily manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1, JLPT N3, and at least 2 years’ manufacturing experience, with strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team at the

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 qualification with diploma and transcript scan.
• JLPT N3 certification with certificate scan.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to be placed at Cikarang Plant

Job description

This is a permanent position as a Japanese Interpreter at Cikarang Plant for a Japanese automotive parts manufacturing company. The role is important to the company and requires strong Japanese language abilities, excellent communication skills, and organizational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oral interpretation during Genba/field activities and other company activities
• Translate important company documents and meeting minutes from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa

About you

• D3 or S1 qualification (must provide scan of diploma and transcript)
• Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese language certification (must provide scan of certificate)
• Minimum 2 years work experience; manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to operate computer, especially Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
