Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is sourcing a Japanese Speaker QAQC Staff for a manufacturing site in Cikarang. The role involves interpreting between Japanese and Indonesian during meetings and QA/QC audits, translating technical documents, and maintaining QA/QC records.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, conversational Japanese with JLPT N3, and preferably 1 year of QAQC or interpreter experience in manufacturing. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Conversational Japanese with JLPT N3.
• Preferably 1 year experience in QAQC or as a Japanese interpreter in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, trainings, and QA/QC audits.
• Translate technical documents, reports, and quality-related materials accurately between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Support preparation, review, and maintenance of QA/QC documentation per company standards.
• Act as liaison between local team and Japan Head Office to coordinate reporting and communication.
• Convey quality standards and feedback from Head Office to local departments.
• Ensure quality-related information is properly documented and communicated across both languages.
