Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Japanese & Chinese interpreter for a manufacturing client. The role involves interpreting between Japanese, Chinese, and Indonesian, and supporting meetings with Japanese and Chinese companies.

You will prepare Indonesian meeting minutes and coordinate communications with stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling business correspondence with Chinese firms and assisting General Affairs and Legal departments.

Qualifications

• Business level Japanese and Chinese required.
• Able to use both languages for business communication.
• Experience in sales/negotiation with Chinese companies.
• Experience selling to the Chinese market.

Responsibilities

• Interpret between Japanese and Indonesian, and between Chinese and Indonesian.
• Support interpretation and negotiation in meetings with Japanese and Chinese companies.
• Create meeting minutes (in Indonesian).
• Coordinate communication with Japanese and Chinese stakeholders.
• Handle communication and business correspondence with Chinese companies.
• Provide other support to the General Affairs and Legal departments.
• Other related tasks as assigned
