Job summary

Bali International Hospital is seeking a proactive Call Center professional to handle emergency and referral calls in Bali. You will perform initial screenings, assess urgency, and coordinate ambulance dispatch with the ED and medical teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Indonesian and English, calm under pressure, and computer literacy in Hospital Information Systems are essential. Shift work including nights and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing or Midwifery.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or hospital customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written).
• Clear voice projection and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to emergency and referral calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform initial phone screening to collect patient information and assess urgency.
• Coordinate ambulance dispatch and liaison with ED and medical teams.
• Manage referral administration via SPGDT/SISRUTE and monitor bed availability.
• Maintain accurate call logs, dispatch times, and referral records in the HIS.
