Job summary

Morula IVF in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks a customer service professional to support the Morula IVF Assistant (MIA) Call Center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage appointments, respond to WhatsApp messages, and ensure high patient satisfaction and accurate data entry across systems.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, good English and Indonesian communication skills, and a friendly, empathetic approach. Hospital or healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Patient Service, Front Office, or other customer service-related roles.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach.
• Proficient in communicating in both Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, and manage all incoming phone calls to Morula IVF Assistant (MIA) in a professional and friendly manner.
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointments, follow-ups, and service recovery.
• Reply to and handle all incoming WhatsApp messages per service standards and response times.
• Record, manage, and coordinate all patient appointments across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with branches, doctors, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
