Job summary

PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera in Jakarta seeks a results-driven KOL/Influencer Marketing Specialist to identify beauty creators, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, monitor deliverables, analyze performance against targets, and collaborate with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and creative teams to drive product launches and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram and current influencer marketing trends.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, rate negotiation, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of views, reach, engagement rate, CPV, and conversions.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for managing KOL databases and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential KOLs across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Execute KOL campaigns from talent selection to reporting.
• Coordinate content briefs, posting schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor KOL content for brand alignment and objectives.
• Track campaign performance metrics and report insights.
• Manage KOL databases, contracts, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce teams.
• Research beauty industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations.
