Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand in Jakarta, seeks a KOL Specialist to drive influencer campaigns from strategy to execution. You will identify KOLs, negotiate contracts, plan content, and manage collaborations with a fast-paced team in a people-centric environment.

You will monitor campaign performance with reach, views, and engagement metrics, provide weekly and monthly insights, and stay ahead of beauty influencer trends, while working on-site in South Jakarta.

Formación

• 1–2 years of KOL campaign management experience.
• Experience in beauty industry and strong influencer network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced.
• Proficient with social platforms and basic reporting metrics.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets.
• WFO in South Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies.
• Identify and recruit KOLs and influencers.
• Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contracts.
• Monitor, analyze performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
