Job summary

PT FCL Internasional Indonesia is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute offline events and promotional activities across GT and MT channels in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering engaging brand experiences while meeting schedule and budget targets.

You will coordinate with vendors, store management, and internal teams, ensure smooth event setup and materials, monitor performance, and compile clear event reports for management.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, activation, or promotion.
• Familiar with GT & MT channels and in-store promotional activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline events and promotional activities in GT & MT channels.
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, BA, and store management.
• Handle event preparation, booth setup, and promotional materials.
• Monitor event execution, sales performance, and prepare event reports.
• Ensure events run smoothly according to schedule and budget.
