Job summary

Rukita is seeking a Business Development Associate in Surabaya to support the Business Development Manager by securing new leads and maintaining relationships with Property Owners, Managers, and Caretakers. The role involves active outreach, on-the-go work, and reporting to the Head of Business Development.

With 1–3 years in BD or Sales in real estate, you will drive partnerships, promote our co-living strategy, and coordinate negotiations and legal steps.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in real estate or related fields.
• Understanding of the property industry and service management is preferred.
• Experience in startup companies would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fast-paced, easily adaptable in a startup environment.
• Has a proactive mindset and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners.
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia.
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiations and the legal documentation process.
