Job summary

Masstron Pte Ltd in Batam seeks a hands-on Sales & Business Development Consultant to grow relationships in the marine and offshore sectors. Based in Batam, you will identify new customers, present solutions, and coordinate with our Singapore team to tailor proposals.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Marine Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of sales, business development or customer-facing experience.
Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding or industrial sector is an advantage.
Candidates with relevant technical or sales experience but less than 2 years may be considered.
Batam shipyards and marine industry familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the marine, offshore and shipbuilding sectors in Batam and surrounding areas.
Identify and approach potential customers, including shipyards, shipowners, marine contractors and related companies.
Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and business contacts.
Introduce and present the company's products and solutions to prospective customers.
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and potential orders.
Coordinate with the Singapore team to prepare quotations and proposals and provide feedback.
