Job summary

FACETOLOGY in Batam is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to drive distribution and business development across appointed channels. You will lead efforts to expand in uncovered areas and manage distributor relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership in FMCG or beauty, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel and meet monthly sales targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry
• Has a Great Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Willing to travel outside the area as needed
• Able to work underpressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
• Able to work with laptop, esp. using Ms.Excel, Word, PPT

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
• Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
• Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).
