Job summary

Facetology is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to drive distribution and business growth in the assigned territory. You will develop uncovered areas, perform regular sales analysis, and monitor distributor stock and MPO to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams in FMCG or Beauty Industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationships with local distributors and retailers.
Willing to travel outside the area as needed.
Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).
