Job summary

1920 Lounge & Dining in Jakarta is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks per recipes and SOP. You will prepare garnishes, maintain bar stock, and ensure the highest standards of taste and presentation while serving guests with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartender experience, understand bar hygiene, and are capable of working quickly in a busy environment. Shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Bartender in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Neat appearance, professional demeanor, and good attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various types of beverages according to 1920 Lounge & Dining standards.
• Make cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks according to recipe and SOP.
• Prepare and maintain availability of garnish, ingredients, and bar supplies.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of every drink.
• Serve and communicate with customers professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of bar area and equipment.
• Conduct checks and record bar stock usage.
• Coordinate with Bar Team and Service Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow SOP related to hygiene, safety, and responsible service.
• Assist with inventory and stock opname as needed.
