Prepare and serve beverages, welcome guests, upsell specialty drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Take beverage orders accurately and recommend drinks based on guests' preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other ingredients before service.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, bar equipment, and workstations.
• Assist with receiving and storing beverage deliveries.
• Handle daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stock reconciliation.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and upsell specialty drinks, premium beverages, and promotions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
