Job summary

Unreal Management is seeking a skilled bartender to join our hospitality team. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails, provide excellent guest service, and manage orders and payments using a POS system.

In a busy bar environment, you will maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with health & safety regulations while collaborating with FOH staff to deliver exceptional experiences. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair

Taking customer orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations on drink options and flavour profiles

Maintaining accurate cash handling and processing payments through the point-of-sale system

Keeping the bar area clean, organised and well-stocked with supplies and ingredients at all times

Following all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and age verification procedures

Building positive relationships with regular customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere for first-time guests

Collaborating effectively with other bar staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service

Monitoring inventory levels and reporting low stock to management

Adhering to company standards for presentation, professionalism and customer service excellence

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Bartender in a hospitality setting, ideally within a busy bar or restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines and beers

Excellent mixology skills and the ability to craft drinks accurately and efficiently under pressure

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle requests professionally

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and managing cash transactions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation standards

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with colleagues

Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local licensing regulations

Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
