Job summary

PT Titian Agung Sejahtera in Jakarta is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages per our recipes, provide friendly, professional service, and keep the bar area clean and stocked. The role requires good English and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year experience preferred. You’ll use Excel for basic stock control and daily admin tasks while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of Bartender experience preferred.
• Good English communication and a willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.

Job Description:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.

Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent service to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and supplies.

Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control and basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel.

Comply with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards while supporting daily bar operations.

Job Qualification:

Minimum education High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply).

Basic English communication skills are required, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Well-groomed, confident, customer service-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Available to work night shifts on a regular basis, including weekends and public holidays.
