Job summary

In a busy bar environment, you will maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with health & safety regulations while collaborating with FOH staff to deliver exceptional experiences. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as bartender in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Excellent mixology and high-volume service under pressure.
• Outstanding customer service and guest engagement.
• Proficient in POS and cash handling.
• Detail-oriented with cleanliness and organisation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
